If you need to repair existing asphalt, you can depend on Draut & Sons.

We ensure that our customers are confident that our recommendation is the most practical solution for your asphalt needs.

Asphalt Overlay

An asphalt overlay not only enhances the look of your property, resurfacing improves the value of your property.

Our professional employees examine all damaged areas of your existing asphalt. We assess the extent of damage, condition of existing asphalt and suitability of subgrade and base rock to determine what type of asphalt overlay is appropriate.

A representative of Draut & Sons will examine your paving project to determine if a Perma Flex overlay is right for you.

Perma Flex

Perma Flex is a unique overlay material designed to utilize existing asphalt as a base for a new overlay. This material eliminates reflective cracking seen in many traditional overlays. A reflective crack is when an existing crack travels towards the surface of the new asphalt. Perma Flex is the only material created solely for overlaying cracked surfaces.

A Perma Flex asphalt overlay is an economical solution versus a complete removal and replacement of damaged and cracked asphalt. If you have a large area for paving, this material becomes even more cost effective.

Perma Flex asphalt has a proven track record. One of the advantages to this material is its cost effectiveness, but the best part about it is that it works! Give Draut & Sons a call and we will discuss your paving options.

Asphalt Maintenance

Asphalt maintenance can help you extend the life of your asphalt.

Sealcoating will protect your asphalt from water damage. Water can penetrate the smallest cracks in your asphalt. Eventually the water travels through minor cracks in your asphalt and deteriorates the base rock and ultimately leads to asphalt failure. The winter time freeze and thaw compounds the damage. Sealcoating your asphalt parking lot every 3 to 4 years will seal off the minor cracks and keep the water from penetrating.
